John E. Moyer passed away November 27, 2017. Born July 31, 1936 in Buffalo he was the son of Fern and Alice (Fish) Moyer. John served in the US Army from 1955 to 1957. He worked for Financial Management Group in North Tonawanda where he was a salesman. John was a member of the Community Bible Church of Cambria, the Wendleville Fire Company, the Masons and the Pendleton Veterans Association. He enjoyed golfing, reading, and especially loved to spend time with his grandchildren and his two dogs.
John is survived by his wife Donna (Rook) Moyer; father of J. Brent (Krista) Moyer, Melissa (Bill) Wagner, and Heather (Martin) Hildebrand; grandchildren McKenzie, Madison, Mitchell, Zoe, and Lyndzie; brother of Bill (Jane) Moyer and Pat (late Jack) Reitz; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, Nov. 30th from 5-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will be held Friday, Dec. 1st at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
