Obituary of Edwin Bruce Lathbury
Edwin Bruce Lathbury passed away on Wednesday October 9, 2019 at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Buffalo on October 11, 1950, he was the son of the late Dr. Edwin F. and Louise Banks Lathbury. Bruce served in the US Air Force from 1969 to 1979, and worked at Dunlop/Goodyear in Buffalo for 25 years, retiring in 2005, he then became a TSA Agent and worked at the Buffalo Niagara Airport for 7 years. Bruce enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, gardening, traveling and RVing.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Martha (Leon) Lathbury; father of Jeffrey Lathbury and Randy (Jen) Lathbury; grandfather of Zoey and Leo. Bruce is also survived by his nieces Heather Honey and Jaynie Cloud and great nephews, Ashby and Brooks. He is predeceased by his sister Linda Egleston.
